Mindful Movement is an easy, fun exercise session to improve coordination, movement, balance and memory through individual and group activities.

AIM: To improve memory, coordination, movement, fine motor skills and
balance through various individual and group activities, using a range of equipment. Participants work at their own level of ability.

BENEFIT: People seeking to slow the effects of aging and those wishing to improve brain and body function. People living with neurological conditions (such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke) and other movement disorders.

SUITABILITY: All abilities, low intensity
